Intake
After filling out our intake form, we’ll verify coverage with your insurance company and provide you with information about our services.
In-Home Assessment
Once we receive approval from your insurance to perform an assessment, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you and your child to complete the assessment. Many areas will be evaluated, including play, social, communication, daily living, and problem behaviors.
Create a Program of Care
The BCBA will then work with you to create a customized treatment plan for your child and meet with you to explain the goals and process. This plan is then submitted to your insurance for approval.
Care Begins
Once we receive approval from your insurance, your child will have a care team comprised of direct care staff, as well as a team supervisor, working together with you to help your child achieve their goals through in-home aba therapy.
OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
We Keep in Touch
To provide effective treatment, we always spend time understanding your child and family structure.
